qHD 4,3"
If you ride a bike and phone is on handlebars, so you need very thick line if you want to see it |

The problem with not seeing the layer is because TB does not find any calibration files (.map) in that layer because filenames are truncated to 100 characters (as per specification)... how could this work before?
Code: |
D-Unterseerhein-KN-GeiTUT-Aach/D-Unterseerhein-KN-GeiTUT-Aach 11/
D-Unterseerhein-KN-GeiTUT-Aach/D-Unterseerhein-KN-GeiTUT-Aach 11/D-Unterseerhein-KN-GeiTUT-Aach 11.m

What tool did you use to create the atlas? |
Hmm, I'm nearly sure that it hat worked with the versions before, but if you tell me that the restriction has been there for a longer time, then I did not have missed this layer at all. If this would help I could make the name shorter, but then need a hint, how to count the 100 characters; would you help?
EDIT II: Now I understand - MoBAC created a corrupted cr.tar file and did not complain about. In the meantime also I understand that the name need not to be cr.tar (but MoBAC does name it this). Many thanks for your help - I'm recreating my atlas with shorter names and think about to issue a bug report to MoBAC. Created a bug report |

At least now I know I cannot use tar format for persisting atlas index for ad hoc atlases. |

Hi Kruch
great work; just checked this new feature with a correct and my faulty map. Both work perfectly on this context.
Would this go also into the general version for any operating Systems? |

Sure.
I just agreed with Ranger that I put Easyzoom option back to Settings for backward compatiblity with some atlases, but with new possible value "auto" (ie. besides "off" and "layers") which will work the way last 1.28 dev build works. |

Android test build: http://www.trekbuddy.net/dev/2014-09-05/trekbuddy.apk
- Easyzoom option back with new default value "auto" (you need to reconfigure if you do not want it)
- Android-specific for boowoo : possible brightness levels are 10, 25, 50 and 100%; change level by long press, turn on/off backlight by short press (ie. as before), please keep in mind screen does not turn off immediately it depends on your phone settings timeout for dimming
This is actually 1.28 release candidate. |
