I modified the .JAD file removed my old Beta and instaled TB 0.9.81
First i tested the O2 Germany Location provider. it worked fine Smile
Then i swiched to my Bluetooth GPS mouse. Worked better '^^
But now, after i restart TB with O2 as Locatin provider TB always wants to establish a Bluetooth connection Sad

To regain the ability to use O2 as a location provider i need to uninstall TB and install it again.

After you used BT GPS mouse and restarted TB, were there both "Start <some name>" and "Start" commands in the main menu?

Now this is interesting...
Looks like i was not inquisitive enough.
Using my SE K770i (should have mentioned my device in the first post, sorry about that)
when I start TB and press a 'screen menu' key i get on the left menu key 'Start Bluetooth' on the right one i get the 'More' menu and can select a simple 'Start' from there!

At the moment i dont get a fix but that might be because i dont change broadcast cells in my room too often ^^

(Finaly after 15 minutes delaying to post i have a fix Smile Thanks Kruch! )
