"1.31u1" - my mistake
WP version run slowly, I know, but does this update run slower than previous version?
What is the resolution that TB detects in Info->Technical->Desktop?
EDIT: it is really seems to be some automagic compatibility execution of "old' apps on W*GA devices. I'll fix screen resolution detection in TB. Maybe the scaling is also causing TB running more slowly than it should.

It runs just as slow as before the update.
Technical info says:
Desktop
480x768;

Thanks.
I just started to work this issue... Microsoft really screwed up with hi-res screen support

Hi,
I've published update 1.31u2 (yesterday evening, still pending certification in appstore ).
I've tried to solve TB "desktop" (ie. map, compass and cms screen) scaling on 720p+, could only test it in emulator which has strange proportions I have no idea how it will look on real hi-res device. But the scaling seemed to work.
This auto-scaling was a real surprise to me...
@matjazz I guess what is slow is map scrolling right? I'll try to focus it, I'm dissapointed too. Default MS implementation of image decoding is that it runs on UI thread, which is quite unfortunate and kills app performance...

Wouldn't it be possible to add default CMS as a part of the TrekBuddy downloadable from the Store? I mean - to ommit neccesity to download CMS from One Drive.

Yes I ment scrolling. I haven't tried Lumia 520 for quite some time but as I remember it was acceptable. With supposedly faster Lumia 920 it's just too sluggish. Perhaps scaling adds to it.

I've updated TB. The resolution in info/technical is now closer to the real value. It's 768x1229 but it should be 768x1280
The scrolling is still slow and thin lines on tile borders are still there albeit only the horizontal ones.
The text in menu buttons is smaller.

Problems with downloading routes prepered in www.cykloatlas.cz and saved into OneDrive!
Once turning on TrekBuddy and allowing access to OneDrive downloading starts and... is getting stuck, unfortunately...

The resolution in info/technical is what TB can use, not device screen resultion.
Better behavior and hopefully performance might be achieved by porting TB from "Windows Phone 8.0 (Silverlight)" application type to "Windows Phone 8.1", but it will take some time because of API and behavioural changes. And I guess Windows Phone 10 will be another challenge.
Since Windows 10 are coming, I think I will skip 8.1 porting effort.

@matjazz please check if you do not have debug level set for logging (Info->Technical->(menu)->set loglevel), it has a little performance effect..

@Ranger
I found the problem. I'm used to use "Battery saver" always enabled which does not allow to synchronize files in TrekBuddy.
Strange thing is that another application I use (GeoMeter) is able to synchronize data with OneDrive even if "Battery saver" is always enabled.
Kruch
How can I change the screen resolution to the former (lower) one?
After update, fonts are so small and hard to see without... magnifying glass.
