Hi, did somebody already succeed to send his position using the function Navigation/SMS, I'm here on B2710?
I got a message saying that SMS has been send (no error message) but, actually, nothing is received on the other side.

Do you have TB installed & running on other side ? Or settings to receive SMS and start TB used ?

No. I was simply expecting to get an SMS on the other cellular phone with the coordonates. I didn't know that TB needs to be installed and running on the other device as well.
Anyway, I just tried that way too without success. But the other device is a Smartphone (HTC Desire X) and the SMS functions do not appear on the Android version. I don't know if this is changing something?

TB sends SMS-es on own port, so all depends on receiving device.
It can move message to standard SMS-es box or just not.
Second case is probably yours.

Midlets cannot access standard Inbox. TB is listening on specific SMS port when enabled in Settings->Location->receive SMS.
This feature is missing in Android and WP builds because there were too few users of this feature and so I did not want to waste time with implementing it.

Yep, in smartphones it is probably easier to copy position from forms and send regular SMS or e-mail Smile
