You need to use the sideloader utility, DDPB Installer.
The procedure is easy and very stable.
I don't know if I'm allowed to post links here...
http://crackberry.com/how-sideload-android-apps-playbook-os-v20-use-android-app-player

if link won't work just google " Playbook how to sideload"

Trekbuddy looks and works great on Playbook
Unlimited Internet access on android?
Version 1.1.1 wants to be granted unlimited internet access before installation. (Android 2.3.7 / Cyanogenmod 7)
This surely is a mistake? Can't find anything relevant in the changelog.

Sorry - this is result of including hecl-net module, users can use HECL's http command since 1.1.0.

The permission need not be granted, TB itself does not need internet access.

Hi, thanks for this excellent app.
The bitmap zoom feature - is there any way this could be modified in future versions to allow zooming smaller than 100% ?
Zooming to about 80% or even 50% would be useful for some of the maps I have created.
Cheers
Richard
