There is no way to select one of displayed waypoints. My suggestion:
Currently there are three ways to display waypoints: 1 names, 2 descriptions, 3 none. In third mode the name and description of waypoint closest to cross-hair could be displayed at the bottom of the screen and waypoint would be highlighted. In the waypoints menu there could be an option "select highlighted". This waypoint display mode would also help with overlapping labels.
It would also be nice to have a search function for way-points (besides sorting by name, position, distance). I'm using a gpx file with 10300 entries. Samsung B2710 can handle it but I unfortunately can't. It's impossible to find a specific way point. |
