| Kruch, you broke it again. After v21 => v23 upgrade map loading on C5 is slow again. (Yes, TB service was running). |

Two problems:
- adding Field Notes is now possible to trackpoints in wpts folder ?
Not caching files ...
- is list in wpts updated on every open ?
Seems not, restart is needed to see copied files. |

yes just like that many thanks
"adding Field Notes is now possible to trackpoints in wpts folder ?" adding field notes should be possible for all wpts, this comes in very handy when doing maintenance to multi caches etc _________________ HTC Sensation, Nexus 7 3G, nokia 5800. web:www.thetrekbuddies.co.uk . Yes, it is usable in caching
But try to explain it to bikers/hikers/sailors, what's mean ie "found it" or "needs maintenance" ...
Using field notes in other activities, you know ... isn't so common |

maybe having options to as what to show in field notes would be a option, with a configurable file, that way you could note what ever you wanted eg found it, layby, peek etc but then why would hikers or bikers want to add field notes? _________________ HTC Sensation, Nexus 7 3G, nokia 5800. web:www.thetrekbuddies.co.uk . | Caching files are specific, maybe available options driven by file type can solve it ? Or folder specific like for recorded tracks ? |

Either register at https://www.symbiansigned.com and sign the installation file for your IMEI or do not use tarred atlases and you can do without the service. _________________ Čelda

Oh thats why it slows up that much and do creepy things??? Well good to know, so i don't have to ask for ;o)
I have other Bugīs / Questions (sorry to Bug you Guys the hole time, but i like that App and really want to use it and maybe it helps to develop so that everyone has a Benefit from it)
Often the Satellite- Signal gets lost (can happen because of high Houses or so) but after that, i have to stop the Tracking (that what i "Start" so that GPS getīs available) and restart it
or even quit the App and restart it all.
The other Thing, when i load a Waypoint (Geocache GPX), i can't close it or choose an other one. I have to close the App at all and then load the other Waypoint.
Is it associated to the TB Service thing or a Bug or is there a Method that i don't see?
Best wishes and thanks in Advance _________________ Nokia 700 | Symbian (Belle FW2) |

My take - users who know what field notes are know what to do with this option, users who don't will not/should not use it (and even if they do, it will be useless for them, and harmless for TB). |

| or install hack that will allow you to install unsigned Applications |
Thanks, but i get a Nokia Developer Account and did let it sign.
My Telco just gave the offer to rent my Mobile, if i would hack it warranty where away and in case that something goes wrong or a have a warranty Case i get killed ;o)
So i use the calm way, as Nokia want it to be, as i assume.
So the Service File is installed, but did not changed that much of that Problems / Bugs that i describe before
Oh, and i forget to say, the Zoom Function is kind of wired, when i click the - Button it getīs a Folder up (it just shows me the Folder) and with the + Button i can choose (on the Folder) with Zoom Level i want. I donīt know how it normally works, but as i assume, it should go just a Level up or down and not show me the Folders, right? (it sound surely offensive but insīt meant that way, just as a Question)
Bad thingy
