I would like to have there something like "fast adding of trackpoints". The reason is: I am going the tracks called dogtrekking, when I got the map with track a few hours before start. I would like to redraw this map into trekbuddy - eg. go to the start and then only by using the joystick and the middle button - draw the track. Eg. using joystick I will go through the touristic ways and when some round-corner... I will press the middle button - and it will lead to generate n of the trackpoints and drawing the line between last added trackpoint and this new one ...
This way - I will prepare the track before the dogtrekking is started - and after it I will navigate through the prepared way ...
The trackpoints could be named only by 000001..999999 for example ...
Is it possible to do such thing? Is there anyone else who would use it too?  |

I'm not sure it's the quite the same thing but is perhaps similar is the ability to save waypoints very quickly (very basic no names, notes etc - really just a list of co-ordinates in a txt file would do) with just one touch would be nice - I've spent quite a long time trying to find an app to do just that but failed - it would be very neat to have it within TB although perhaps it would be of limited use to most... |

| I'd like to see this feature too. It would allow me to quickly record some interesting spots along the road, when there is no time to go through menus. |
