- because easyzoom feature is annoying for some situations, it can now be controlled with Settings->Desktop->Easyzoom; for this release, it can be off (default) or layers (behaviour from 1.0.9); easyzoom for maps will apear soon

Hi kruch

Thanks for the new version.
I have one suggestion for the future, could you add access to wpt-sym variable through HECL? I guess it wouldn't be a big problem Very Happy

It is a great pity - on my SE C702 worked excellent!
Anyway thanks for the new version.

It will be back in 1.0.11, but controlled with settings option.

Maybe I should also switch long and short key 1 press, since short presses are used for quick access, and long for selection lists etc.
could this be in the next version to Very Happy

Still no gpx fix... Sad
Is there any chance I could make trekbuddy to remember the last position and next time I open TB to start there?

TB starts at the last known GPS position. But this is not for you, if you get no fix.

Hi kruch,

I noticed that in a previous release you've changed the behaviour of the backlight notification by removing the message and instead using an icon overlay.

Could you do the same with keylock? It would make the UI more consistent. I imagined a vertical key next to the lightbulb icon.

Cheers,

Matt

Refer to my post:
Posted: Mon Jan 24, 2011 7:34 pm Post subject: Installation Fault on SE-C702

Unfortunately, on the C702 install the version 1.0.8 (over 1.0.4) is not possible. Why?
regards

all proposed experiment (install over it)fails with new versions.
Butit was apparently a personal problem.
Solved it by delete old Version an install full new.

Works now easy.
Thank you for development TB

I'm thinking of moving atlas control spots (for layers/z+ and maps/z-) to the very bottom (see drawing), and also showing very unobtrusive transparent icons over these areas (and also for 0 area and keylock).

Opinions?
