hola a todos!! soy un montañero de tantos que poco a poco me estoy haciendo a las tecnologías. Pues veréis tengo un teléfono móvil sonim land rover s1 , es un teléfono ruguerizado que lo aguanta casi todo (golpes, agua etc). Quisiera meterle el trekbuddy al tener soporte java a ver si lo instalo en la tarjeta sd y a ver como va, no obstante creo que será como cualquier móvil. Si alguien sabe como instalarlo se lo agradecere y a partir de ahí empezaré a probar, a ver como me aguanta una escalada en hielo con el frío (aguanta doy fe) saludos y espero vuestra aportación para hacer la mia con el terminal y por supuesto una donación ...

Bienvenido.... te ha cambiado el titulo al post para que tenga más visitas por el interés del modelo.
Empecemos por las características del modelo de teléfono... http://www.landroverphones.com/lr_ds.pdf
Ahora solo hay que ver como se le añaden las aplicaciones en Java a este modelo... ¿trae tarjeta de memoria?... ¿algún programa para poder conectarte por cable o bluetooth?.
Lo que no he encontrado es el manual de usuario.

En la página 51 lo tienes explicado....

No parece tener mayor complicación, copia los archivos .JAR y .JAD de la versión estándar en la tarjeta, y selecciona el .JAD para que te lo instale firmado.
Al ejecutarlo por primera vez te debe crear los subdirectorios necesarios... si todo va bien, lo siguiente es meterle tus propios mapas.
