I'm trying to zoom and manage a GPX track without loading any maps but the GPX can't be zoomed.
I would like manage GPX track as a non cartographic gps device.
SOMEONE KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE? |

Probably the only solution is to load a blank multilayer map of the world with zooms from 0 to 17.
Someone can explain me how to create an atlas BLANK multilayer map as small as possible? |
