Hi there,

I seems to me that MOBAC make an assumption about the DPI of
the screen on which the map is shown. This assumption fits well
for "normal displays", but on an typical Nokia touch screen coming
with 360x640 pixels on an 8,1 cm (3,2 inch) screen, street names are
often too small to be readable.

I'd be happy to get any assistence...

BR,
Erik

Since we haven't (yet) got software zoom in TB, this would be a very useful alternative.

The map sources are designed to fit standard computer displays with a pixel size of about 0.25 to 0.29 mm per pixel. MOBAC just writes what comes from the map servers, there is no resolution assumption or resolution change.
