Hi,

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to program the following functions:

- total distance in climbing/descending (not accumulated altitude, but distance travelled while climbing and descending)
- average grade (%) of the last 100 metres
- save/load the CMS values (so that when phone crashes, or due to battery change, we can resume the values stored until then - useful for long trips)

Thanks in advance.
Fil

I would say that these two are possible, with some programming in HECL.

Now this one AFAIK is not possible with HECL, but would require trekbuddy to support it. If you don't mind, I'll make a wish on the wishlist subforum and give you credit for the idea. Here is the wish.

Your first request. Look at the last nght panel of "240x320 MaleSmurf's 9-panel HECL-CMS,graph. compass/altitude"

Viktor: Thanks for adding this to the whislist. I think this would be a very important feature to TB.

MrTom: The info showed in that MaleSmurf panel shows 3 things regarding altitude: height profile chart, highest altitude and lowest altitude and total accumulated height climbed/accumulated height descended. What I would like is the total distance while climbing and while descending. Slightly different Smile
