Since 0.9.90 is signed with certificate that expired on Jan-08, new version is out earlier then expected, so available changes are minor only... features in progress are hidden in this build. After a few months of some disturbance, new versions will come out more frequently.
Changelog
- Blackberry: negative altitude fix option, explicti gc completely removed
- Android 1.6+: fixed memory card write permissions
- minor HECL memory optimizations (but still not finished)
- cms::pace calculated from whole track avg speed
- lat&lon on compass screen splitted in two lines
2009-13-01 21:00: Android users must uninstall previous version before they install this one, upgrade does not work 
2009-13-01 23:00: Build for Blackberry OS 5.0 available

Nice to see that development continues, however I'm seeing the following on my BlackBerry Bold 9000 f/w 5.0.0.411:
- Settings/Misc is not working, nothing happens if this is selected
- All settings were lost, I had to reconfigure everything

I made some investigations on this, it seems to be BB OS 5.0 related:
- It happens also with with TB 0.90 with OS 5.0
- It happens also on Bold II 9700 and Storm II 9550 with OS 5.0, I have the simuators running here. Both give the following Error Message:
JVM Error 104, Uncaught: IllegalStateException
- It does not happen on Bold 9000 Simulator with OS 4.6

Setup / Basic / Coordinates / <Map Grid>
... if this is the format you need.

Stefan thanks for your investigation. I should test with OS 5.0 emulator to find out what the problem is.

First of all, thank you for making this! :)
I'm getting a lot of memory card read confirmations and I can't get rid of them because my phone says that the .jar isn't signed. Is it supposed to be?

Yes. You used PC Suite to install the midlet on the phone? Did you download both jar and jad file, and put them to the same folder? |

Thank you, it works now. :) I indeed used PC Suite since it wanted to open the .jar (when clicked on the site) in the application installer. It seemed to install just fine so it never occurred to me that I needed both files :oops: (I thought some phones need .jar and some .jad)

Ahoj, mám nokii 6230i, povolené čtení i ukládání dat a přesto mi to změnu nastavení neuloží. Po dobu běhu programu to se změněným nastavením normálně funguje, při kontrole nastavení je vše OK, ale po ukončení aplikace a znovuspuštění začíná s default hodnotama. Ale třeba mapu si to pamatuje. Předtím mi ukládání normálně šlo.
Ale i tak je to dokonalej program a velký díky za něj. |

No jo, zase jsem zapomněl, že kromě uložení nastavení v jednotlivých větvích ještě musím celou konfiguraci uložit jako celek. Na to jsem se už kdysi nachytal a teď znovu  .
Takže Vše je OK a ukládá to správně. Dík za nakopnutí. |

This is nearly working as expected:
- Old settings are still there, didn't have to reconfigure
- Setting / Misc accessable now
- Black Screen (Map, CMS) on first start, had to restart to get these screens back, but this also happened yesterday with the non OS5 build.
May I ask what the error was or is this just a compiler option?
