Edit/Delete still there... you need to open wpt details and if the waypoints set is not used for navigation, these commands are there. That is - no change from previous version(s).

Ah, ok ... will test it today Smile

"Delete" waypoints not worked for me (SE K550i). If wpt is Deleted, after next run TB is again in GPX file. Change (deleting) is not saved (as well in previous versions) Sad
Per me Command "Delete" (waipoint) belongs to menu of List wpt in GPX file Question Idea
(Slovensky - podla mna prikaz Delete parti v menu o uroven vyssie - ked je otvoreny GPX subor a vidno zoznam wpt. Nabehnem v otvorenom GPX subore na wpt ktory chcem zmazat a zvolim Delete...)

- waypoint duplication fixed

Sorry, but I haven't noticed any changes from the first beta.
- Exit/Back problem is still there.
- In the dialog for choosing the gpx file where should be waypoint saved, there is still .gpx extension. There is a risk that if user change the extension he will not be able to open the file in TB later.
- In the same dialog there is a cancel button, but it does nothing.
- List of gpx files is not ordered alphabetically. It can be device problem because those files are not ordered in file manager, too.
- I have noticed that if you select to show all waypoint from one gpx file that this function is still available in the menu. So waypoints from the second file can be shown without need to hide the previous ones first. This is great. But if I select "navigate to" for any waypoint in the first file I cannot use "show all" function for the second file any more (I don't know if navigate to function can be somehow canceled).

The most unpleasant problem is the Exit button. The other things aren't very important.

Another small problem:
- If I delete waypoint and return back to the waypoint list, the deleted waypoint is still there (until I close the list). The list should be reloaded. It would be also better if TB asked if I really want to delete the waypoint.

When "navigation" is on, there should be Stop command in main Waypoints menu.

With 9.89b (cca 08/28 ), TB froze after Menu / Stop. GPS status circle remained green, GPS module indicated end of communication. No key was responding, application exit was possible without phone restart. This situation occured twice after >1hr of work.
SE W910i, Qstarz BT-Q818X.
Adding WPT to existing file is very useful.

@michal7 there was a deadlock but that should be fixed; anyway, 08/30 needs some fixing too, i'll upload a newer build in ~1 hour

EDIT: uploaded. Edit/Delete - fixed, and wpts list stays open.

Working well now, but EDIT/DELETE does only work in WPT files that are inactive. However there is a way to manage this (selecting another file first as active one) it would be nice if WPTs in the active file also could be deleted or edited.

Now that the WPT management is worth it's name ... may I suggest two other nice features:

Moving and Copying WPTs between WPT files would be great and should be easy to implement.

A function for deleting whole GPX files directly in TB would be great, actually this has do be done with a filemanager. This also could easiely be programmed I think.

Anyway the way it works now is a very big improvement and will help me a lot planning and being on my geocaching tours, many many thanks Kruch!!!

Also the altitude correction works nice Smile

May I remember you to put a visible warning on the compass screen if north locking is active? Wink

What a relief Razz

I only worry what pavelh will say about Exit/Cancel buttons on SE phone Confused

We need a public stable version now, so there is a feature freeze since yesterday. Tonight I'll polish the build and make 0.9.89 available with announcement. And the next iteration starts immediately Cool

In this version I had to make major changes in handling both input (user, gps) and output (rendering), but I hope they were worth it. It was the android build that revealed several mistakes I made years ago, hopefully other platforms will benefit from the changes as well (reminds me of time delaying on some of them).

Thanks a lot for your enthusiasm to test all betas and RCs!

On my BB I never can and never could show WPTs from different files togethter, no matter if "navigate to" was selected before or not.
But it would be so great if this would work all the time, Kruch? Wink
