Changelog
    - listing component (wpt files, wpts) improved: scrollbar (touchable), jumps to start/end (keys 1/#), very primitive searching; font used can be customized via Settings->Desktop->List font value, its format is the same as in CMS, see "Font specification" paragraph in this post
    - context menu on some Samsung phones should be available again (check Technical->Info, Platform should be "j2me")
    - touchscreen handling improved - hopefully more intuitive map scrolling (see video bellow), screen lock & fast wpt access similarly to keyboard-controlled devices


Android
Android package is also available. It has some limitations (no sounds playback, no phototagging, no SMS) and was not extensively tested, but key functions worked fine for me - maps, internal gps, wpts, tracklog. The MIDP UI emulation layer (microemu.org) is very good, though not perfect; eg. standard List component can only be controlled with trackball and not touchscreen, but otherwise I'm very satisfied how it works Smile

Here is a video (poor quality - I used K550i) showing TB running on G1 (with Android 1.5 update), and also demonstrating map dragging on touchscreen devices:

as in version .84 it says that you can make the map turn instead of the compass arrow turning...How can we do this on a Blackberry Curve 8310?

Also, I have an issue with the settings...I set some settings, press back and it goes back to default, so i figured out that issue and I went and instead of hitting back I hit the BBerry key and OK, so that worked, but only untill I closed the application and then came back on to find that those settings were back to defaults...

Why is this?

To persist the settings, when in main settings menu, press BB key and select Save.

To lock north at the top in compass screen. press trackball.

That is what I did, but as soon as I QUIT the application and OPENED it again the settings were gone after hitting save...

So it works untill i EXIT...

Have you had reports of this from others?

I SEE WHAT YOU MEAN!!!

So after you go back after hitting OK from the settings you go back to the Settings where it says Basic, Desktop, Location, etc. and then u hit the BB key!!!

There is save...Got it

Okay so now how do i enable the Compass North map turning thing setting?

When I press the trackball it brings me to my location and shows the compass thing movingwhere I move, am I wrong or is this setting really to make tthe map instead of the arrow turn?

On "compass" screen (aka HPS). To switch screens, by default you probably have to press Alt+#, I guess..
