Hello all,

Just a quick question regarding map calibration. How much of the Ozi Calibration file is required? The reason I ask is I'd like to generate calibration files outside of Ozi and not have to load them in to check. Below is a working map calibration:

OziExplorer Map Data File Version 2.2

1. IWH is absolutely necessary - it is map dimensions descriptor.
2. You can omit "empty" PointXY lines in your generated file.

Thanks Kruch!

Do I need the MMPLL lines at all?

At present, if MMPXY and MMPLL lines are found in calibration, TB will use them instead of PointXY. *
To sum it up, in Ozi calibration file, TB uses

5th line (map datum)
Map Projection
PointXY *
Projection Setup
MMPXY *
MMPLL *
IWH

If you look inside the jar file, in resources folder you will find world.map which is a simplified Ozi calibration format. However when I "designed" it, I forgot about map datums... Sad

I guess I add support for one non-Ozi line in this simplified format, eg.

Code:
Map Datum,CH-1903

because I know that someone uses this format for hand-written calibration.
