Has anyone used this program (Google Maps Downloader).

It seems pretty awesome. It automatically goes through and saves a tile at the zoom level you specify from the specified latitude and longitude ranges.

Sorry if someone has posted this. If this is a repeat, please just link me to the correct thread.

Does anybody know how you could go about making these into an atlas?

Thanks so much for any and all help.

I was trying to find out how to use Googleak, but the instructions were in German. Is there a way to have Googleak automatically download all the tiles for say, Chicago, at all zoom levels and make it into one thing/"atlas?", and all NYC, Milwaukee, LA, etc. and then with only the the lower zoom levels for all the united states? Is there a way to combine them all into one "thing", I think I by "thing" I mean atlas, but I don't want to misuse the term. Thanks so much for pointing me in the right direction!
