I have a problem with the "9" key screen.
Whenever I go into it, I get constant errors:
_RENDER FAILURE_:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
I have to force-quit the application to get out of it.
My phone is a w800i.
Any suggestions?

Yes, there's a bug in 2-point-only calibrations processing (same problem as with Rainer's "Ruth" map, I believe).

565 module 360 seems correct .. Seriously, I'll check it.

With GPS on or off? I'll check it on K750i tomorrow...

GPS is ON.
With it OFF, there is no error.

One more problem in 095, difficult to reproduce.
When NMEA log is on, backlight is ON and TB switches maps in atlas from position changes (GPS provider ON), app sometimes hangs k750i.
Visual effects of case are:
- keys lights ON but keyboard doesn't work
- complete black screen
After phone restart I see that current log was lost.

http://www.trekbuddy.net/releases/0.9.5rc1/index.php
* GMI calibration processing fixed
* optimizations and bugfixes in HPS
* last-position-on-map should finally work
* added motorola-specific file API support (first attempt )
Ranger: the app freeze looks like synchronization problem, it may even be problem at firmware-level (reading and writing from/to file simultaneously)... it's hard to find where the problem is...
dodo: can you HPS with GPS again with this version? worked for me ok in K750i for almost an hour today...

I can add only, that I didn't observe such behaviour with backlight off ...
Anyway, could you try ? I found it driving my car, two times per day, logs lost ...

Kruch,
Wpt azimuth on HPS in RC is now related to North, not to course.
In last beta the problem was with azimuth numbers only, I supposed that you will substract "360" if numbers are higher than 360.
Do you think that this is more comfortable now ? I don't.

I changed scale / distance calculation to much simpler algorithms, but as you have shown here, there's a bug
As far as azimuth to wpt ic considered, I have changed it... I think like this: "azimuth to wpt does not change with the course you are walking".
An arrow pointing to wpt has to be correlated to compas pointer, on the other hand.
angle between compas north and wpt arrow = azimuth to wpt (the number)

I think, that azimuth to wpt is changing when position was changed.
BTW, it is possible to show both azimuths values (numbers) for course and "to wpt" (both north oriented). And I can use my mind to calculate difference, but ...
if TB can do this calculation for me it can be nice
And I need to observe one value (difference) only.
Up to this time, on map screen it was possible to observe azimuths difference with "5" key fast switching, but it wasn't so comfortable and many users asked for new mode that will give us more.

Right, azimuth to wpt is changing when position is changing - not course. Therefore one may watch wpt azimuth changing slowly (or not at all) when walking zig-zag , but wpt arrow may change radically.
If I want to reach wpt, I need to walk wpt arrow direction...
... am I missing something?
