Sorry, I tested it with K750i... I'll fix it.

In the version I just attached the Trail line setup item works great on N6230i, but somewhat weird on K750i, can anyone post here how it works on other devices? Thanks...

Setting of thickness and color of trail line works right on N6233 but it would be good to write into setup something as "Press 0 for switching between color and thickness" - earliest I didn't read your description (my stupidity Embarassed ) so it was quite problem for me to found how to set thickness Smile

Would it be possible to add max thickness of trail line?
N6233 has resolution 320x240px (41x31mm) and 1px is 0,13mm - 5px is 0,65 mm - it is quite small if you look it on display from the distance about 60cm (on bike) during sunny day. Smile

[quote="kruch"]0.9.79 BETA feedback here...

Changed 2008-05-19:
- trail line setup: 1-3-5 thickness steps
- trail line setup: use joystick LEFT-RIGHT to change color/thickness (press '0' to change mode between color and thickness setup while the trail setup item is focused)
- fixed trail visibility while both ends of a segment are off the screen

Thank you very much for trail line! The first time ive tested, it realy works on my SE K610i. But i am too stupid to use trail line setup. Where do i get this!
I only found "show trail line "

On W850i you can scroll down to the OSD Transparency, then it sort of "skips" the trail setup and goes back to the top of the list, but the list scroll bar shows that it is at the bottom of the list (does that make sense? The text is from the top items, not from the items at the bottom that you would expect).

You can't actually see the trail setting because it flips past so fast.

Also, although you can scroll off the bottom of the list round to the top, you can't scroll off the top round to the bottom.

Trail line setup works great on SXG75 as well - great feature!

Seems to be the right time for the no-map mode now Wink

Long trail segment (line) bug still exist Sad
For such segment thin line is drawn only for long distance.
First pict shows how it was drawn, second shows no trail at that place when map is moved.
I can send NMEA log if you wish and calibration file to build empty map.

Last segment is drawn using thick line, but when mode changes to browsing, it is not drawn at all...

My sample shows segment in the middle of trail.
After simulation I just checked all parts of trail.
Two are lost.
Below you can find sample how last segment is displayed.

Edit
Seems it doesn't work if segment is longer than two screens or more.

On my SE Z7101 it works exactly the same. If the cursor moves to the top of the list you can still edit the color of the trackline (but it isn't visible), and probably the width too.
The trail line is now showed as three separate lines on the map, as if I am moving on a fork. Maybe this is something to be chosen in the menu, but I can't see it.
The last trail isn't visible anymore if I've stopped navigating and start again.

Yep, I opt to have trail reset ie in navigation menu (or from provider start if display trail option is off)

Have snapshot? Thick lines are drawn as N parallel think lines Sad

Upon tracking start, existing trail is reseted (ie. cleared).
