| I've made a new version of GpsPort that supports bluetooth (MS stack) virtual ports. |

|
|
Hi Kruch,
I'm using TrekBuddy with a HTC Tornado Smartphone (upgraded to WM6) with GpsPort and Esmertec Jbed.
TrekBuddy establishes a GPRS connection each time when connecting to the GPS via the TCP socket. I can terminate the GPRS connection manually, and the socket connection continues working. If GSM net access is disabled when connecting to the GPS, establishing the TCP socket connection works, too.
I tried both .77 and .78 versions. |

Hi Kruch, I remember you fixed a couple versions ago a bug I signaled. Now the same bug occurs again with N95 internal receiver; in CMS view sometimes vertical speed and/or horizontal acceleration go beyond any reasonable range and get out of the display area. However values are correct with an external receiver.
Thanks.
PS: I inserted in the wish list eff and wpt-eff. Is there any chance of having them implemented? |

Hi,
I try to use Trekbuddy with Esmertec Java on HTC Athena (X7500), but it fails on loading map with
[7] null: cz.kruch.track.maps.InvalidMapException: Failed to load tile: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
Any suggestion anyone?
Thank you. |

In addition to the bug above, I found on the same N95 (with the newest firmware) a frequent instability. After a long period of time (more than one hour), with logging enabled every 2 s or 5 m, the application exits without asking for confirmation (probably a crash, or end of memory). This way I have already lost twice part of a trace. In both cases I was using the external receiver. Is it my JVM fault or a program instability? Is there any option I can try to avoid this? Stability in all situations is the most important requirement for any software. Thank you. |

Small problem on SE K550.
Setting/Basic coordinates changed to "Map Grid"
and .. cannot change to anything else.
I choose something else, click "OK" to settings menu,
chose Basic again .. still "map grid" |

Same problem on SE K800I, only became apparent after I changed to <Map Grid> to check this problem, and now all other options are not there to change back, in fact attempting to now makes it step back to main settings menu.
Edit: Deleting and reinstalling restores TB to it's default <Map Lat/Lon> setting, but changing this to anything else causes the same problem. _________________ Nokia 5200 / BlueNext BN909GR

More funny behaviour on K550, probably related to problem with Settings menu
-when I change loaded map .. some are diplayed in UTM coordinates,
one in lat/lon. The same location on one map is
5428049 5658078, on other
0000-282174 5663011
Another example
5374263 5613346
0000-337766 5620477
N50o38'17" E16o13'21"
-I have 5 CMS profiles .. once some of them displayed speed and distance
in nautical miles [seems to]. I could not replicate problem.
-line '<value>{wpt-dist}m@ {wpt-azi}°</value>' in cms
diplays distance twice |

Without logging enabled no problems? |
