I search on forum but without success ...
I would like to know exactly coordonnates (px) of virtual keys lines for screen 480x800 (pink lines of screenshot) and landscape 800x480.
Btw, how is calculated coordonnates lines position for other screen size (proportionnal resize or other way ..?)
Thanks

For the same reason I think it would be really good if the complete active touch area would briefly highlight when touched. That way one would quickly learn where the boundaries are.

Cool
Input always visible & briefly highlighted ? Smile
BTW, special functions are highlighted briefly in blue only if available, or highlighted white if not Wink

Physical touchpad resolution can be different from display resolution. So size of fields (and numbers) can change, model by model.
In TB, key "2" (top-center field of screen) on cms can be used by cms designer (described in wiki, hecl section).
Lines on attached pict are just to show fields recognized by app (not values).

Thanks Ranger but i know what you say ...
For one phone, areas have not the same size but position is identic for Map, Compass and CMS mode ... right ?
I just thought that someone could explain how is calculated (or decided) the position of the areas limits depending on the screen size of phones. Sad

It is a bit complicated, because size of app screen depends on visibility (or not) of system bar on top or system keys bar on bottom of screen.
As you know, touching interface follows such system fields as reserved Smile
Second - screen can work in portrait or landscape mode, etc. So in each of cases field positions on touchscreen are a bit different, etc.

I think JNT idea should be very useful (educational function) but with possibility enable/disable the function in settings.
It should be a really good help to learn quickly position of the touch areas not visible.
It should be also, an important beginning of answer about Trekbuddy evolution interface ... Wink
I attached (for example) how could be displayed Smile
