This weekend I noticed that the arrow that should always point towards the waypoint, sometimes does not. I played around and found that when you tap the center of the screen (to return the cross-hairs to your current position) after panning the map, the waypoint direction arrow does not always reset properly (and keeps showing the direction it showed before tapping the screen center).

Yes, that works if it is obvious that it is pointing wrong, but if I'm not careful when the waypoint is far away (and is not even on the screen) and I panned only a little to the side, then it is only slightly wrong and I might sail for a very long time in slightly the wrong direction...

Yes, you're right, it should be better automatic double action with only one tap in center (for current position and wpt direction).
Maybe Kruch can fix it ?

Test this morning on java and android phones and same defect : after moving map, need two taps in center for good wpt direction.

This defect was only on devices with touchscreen, I know there are some java touchscreen phones but I thought you have B2710.. ?

Hello Kruch,
Sorry, but this defect is also on my B2710 ...(java non touch screen phone)
I just test again and after moving map i have to clic two times on the key "fire" or "5" to get the good wpt direction !
You have not this defect ?
