How about having a place to share your great CMS designs? And custom icons for customized TrekBuddy UI (coming soon Wink)? And so on...

It's very good idea. Download section will be very usefull. I spent some time today searching forum for croshairs, arrows and cms. I was missing for one clear place for dowloading it.

Additional section with maps or links to map files would be usefull also.

I think it is already necessary because it is very difficult to find CMS Themes with the appropriate display size, there are so many availble.
The link for the place should be mentioned also in the wiki.

I agree with routi. Listing the CMS with display information in the wiki, and only in the wiki please. One can make an announcement here in the forum if one wishes, but please list them all in the wiki (with screensize info).

It would be good to standardize the screen size definitions, as now it is a huge mass.
Let's define the first number as horizontal pixel number and second the vertical pixel numbers (as it is usually)

Now many times the 240x320 and 320x240 definitions are mixed up, even, if those are two different screen models.
In many themes the name does not guarantee the right resolution for the searched screen.

I'm agree too with the idea, it can include a preview of the CMS in the listing? For the images for the icons and some graphs can be made a separated section like "image library/icon resources" to avoid merge of the CMS designs from object/indicators images. For the CMS section it can be classified by OS/major brand and/or screen orientation/size and HECL/LITE TB version. This idea can be applied to user-based maps as coval_pl said prior using region/country classification.

About the CMS Gallery - I have started a wiki page over here...

I also have a different idea for each CMS with bit more information on the Talk page
