It's a beanshell custom mapsource, i guess the provider might not like it to be published.

Sorry, for BeanShell map sources the background color is currently fixed to black. But I just implemented a possibility to change it.
It will be available in MOBAC 1.9.1 (will be approx. released end of next week).

According to my current understanding MOBAC supports atlas conversions, if atlas profile is loaded.

Is there ( not very complicated ) way hot to convert atlas when no profile is available ?

but I may be wrong, it is currently possible and I have just missed it.

MOBAC supports atlas profile conversions - not atlas conversions. This was implemented for having the ability to add atlas format specific settings in future versions.

I think atlas conversion would be very useful. E.g. One can have very valuable 2-3 GB size atlas, which re-downloading is problematic, or even not possible anymore.

I guess it may be not easy, maybe with profile yet available ?

If makes sense, I would post it in Feature request tracker.

Most atlas formats are a one-way street. For some of them it is already possible to use them as a source. See the readme that comes with MOBAC near the end.

I got it, thanks.
A friend of mine, MOBAC user, got an SQlite atlas, wanting to convert for OziExplorer.

I hope the info will help him.

Hi!

The map source turaterkep.hostcity.hu is listed long time ago in MOBAC. It - the source - has been abandonned for about 1 year because its source has changed output formats. Now turaterkep is updated again - last update happened in sept. 2011.

Also the content changed on the page, and it unfortunately affects the tiles downloaded by MOBAC.

There is a radio button to lesect base layer between "Blue route highlight" and "land contours". Also there is a checkbox to turn relief on/off, as an overlay.

Now the default is "Blue route highlight" and relief off. Well, I can live vithout relief, but I really would prefer land contours. Is there a way to change the download method?

The new turaterkep.hostcity map source now mirrored the tiles from:

http://terkep.turistautak.hu/

The new maps use 256x256 pixel images, not 512x512 (original map source)

The new map source up to date, http://terkep.turistautak.hu/ but requies some change in MOBAC. I very like this map. I try contact the map author(s) /new webpage technical data, etc./

Mapsource for "TURATERKEP" is attached. (Üdvözlet Kassáról!) Add "turaterkep.bsh" file to "mapsources" folder. That´s all.

I have updated the Turaterkep map source. It is now available via map sources online update of v1.9 (settings dialog).

This map source has a transparency. I want to generate 1:1 big picture with transpareny from tiles. How i do? I will use a scanned papper map and add this layer to final map with gimp.

I succesfully created a png image (for example, oziexplorer output), but final picture not have transparency and background color is black. I try change the backgroundcolor parameter in bsh map source, but nothing changed.

The map source only have lines, good to add layer to another map.

See the attachment file.
