For example ... MS Word. At the top there is a toolbar with buttons (bold, italics, color, columns ...)
Would it be possible to do something similar in your application? (panel with buttons or menu -each button one variable-)
You can not just design areas but also assign a role -a property- to the area... the culmination of your program.
Your program is an excellent CMS-designer... and what about to asign values?
All that... in a fuuuuuture version... if you pleased... of course

b6 still not work on my "Vista"...
- i downloaded B6, unpack it and...
gives me an error related with font.bmp, when i run lesson7.exe...
"Bez souboru Data/Font.bmp nemohu pokracovat."
I think this is a good program, but till the moment i can´t run it... 
WHAT´S WRONG HERE?? 
I understood what you say about rezizing the cms...
But,  if I create an CMS for 240x320, it will run (small, but) centered on a bigger screen? ...that´s what i´m saying is a good funtion to implement on "CMS Creator"... Center all Cms on screen, and make them have a better look on bigger screens..

...are you extracted directory "data" and file "font.bmp"?

in B6 you can open theme 150x200 in notepad.exe, replace 150x200 to 240x320, save, close notepad, open theme in CMS Creator, move all areas by right mouse button, save theme.
More user-friendly way in future

bug in cms creator "download file"
...there is not no directory data... the file font.bmp is outside with the rest of the files...
you have to correct the "download file" cause we don´t know that have to be a directory "data"... when extrating, the files are all in the same directory...
i create the directory and put the font.bmp inside and... now it´s ok 
now i´ll test it

well, i´ve tested cms creator, it´s nice ... but (at my first impression) it is more an CMS editor...
first think: i cant create an cms here, but then after some minutes... i realize that if i change the sample file, i will creat an cms... 
But it was nice if... (my suggestions) 
- a button to load the sample file which is the start point to creat a cms... "Creat an CMS" Button
- when we are with the mouse in a area, the name of the variable inside area, appears more visible... on the mouse for example
- load a png file to background...
- boxes for we put values of cms size
- menu reajusted: with File options AND Cms options separated
- choose the name of saved file
- i think i´ts better to preload an empty cms, and then drag and drop areas/variables we want in cms...
Second impression:
"Cms Creator" it´s on the good way
i´ll try to make my first cms

GUI improved: try enter, delete, backspace, home, end, A-Z, 0-9, arrow keys and mouse click
